Yes, you can get admission in 2nd year nursing through migration/transfer, but it is not common. It is only allowed if both colleges are under the same university/nursing council and the new college has a vacant seat. You will need NOC from your present college and approval from the university/state nursing council. Migration across states or different universities is usually very difficult. Some states like Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu allow it in limited cases. You should directly contact the target college to confirm seat availability.
