10 lakh rank is very high. You can't expect anything from jee mains counseling. There are few state gov colleges which accept jee marks but with this rank it is very difficult to get any branch. Few colleges like nanhi pari, gurukil kangri etc are accepting students till 6 lakh rank also but they are very bad colleges .

So I advice you to go for good private college. Visit on careers 360 college predictor site. You will get everything there . All college options available for u
