Hello,

Admission in AFMC (Armed Forces Medical College, Pune) is mainly based on NEET score. In case you meet the 12th minimum marks condition and get a good score in NEET, you will be allowed to apply for AFMC. On the top of that, you also have to qualify the physical fitness test, medical standards, and interview at the respective Armed Forces Medical College. Fulfillment of all these requirements together with a good NEET score will provide you with an opportunity at AFMC as the number of seats is very less and competition is very stiff.

The candidate should be between 17 and 21 years of age as on December 31 of the year of admission and should have passed class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English with not less than 50% of the marks (40% for SC/ST candidates).

So, you can only sit for NEET if you score not less than 50% marks.

Hope it helps!!!
Best of luck.
