Hello. Yes, definitely you can get admission without income certificate. I am listing the documents you require for the admission.

1) Class 10th mark sheet and certificate

2) Class 12th mark sheet and certificate

3) Scanned photograph and Signature

4) Category certificate

5) Aadhaar Card

6) Graduation certificate / mark sheet

But remember to put some income sources, such as land, property, loan certificate.  Which can show the money you are taking from for paying the fees.
