I would like to tell you that it is quite difficult to take admission in karnataka medical college without kea registration.

As as the document varification is based on the kea registration. 

So if you are willing to take admission in karnataka medical college. So it will come under All India Quota which reserve only 15% seats. And that's may be quite difficult to secure a seat in karnataka medical college.
