well the cutoff marks for ayush is may be  going to be around 300 so it is quite difficult to get admission But still the cutoff depends upon the ayush ministry of state govt. so hope for the best!

Dear aspirant

Your marks is very low in neet 2020. At this marks you will not get any govt college of any courses i.e, MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BVC etc through neet in bihar. Also there is very less no of govt BAMS colleges in bihar. You will not get govt BAMS colleges in bihar at this marks. You might get Private MBBS colleges. You may also get Private BDS or BAMS colleges at your marks in bihar.
