NEET 2025: Expected Cutoff | Cutoff for MBBS Government Colleges
Hello,
First of all let me tell you if a college requires you to qualify the NEET examination for admission in a particular course such as BPT or Bachelor of Physiotherapy, then by scoring 60-70 Marks in NEET UG 2022, you won't get admission.
This is because the qualifying marks according to previous year is as following for General Category Candidate -
137-108 marks
Anybody who scores above these marks has qualified the NEET Examination and is eligible for taking admission in courses that require one to qualify NEET.
This cut off for qualifying NEET Examination changes every year depending upon certain factors, but it has never gone below 100.
So your chances of qualifying NEET are extremely low.
I hope I helped you with your query.
Thank you.
Hello aspirant,
There are numerous reputable universities where the standard requirement for pursuing physiotherapy is to pass with a 60 percent overall grade in 10+2 classes (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology). It is not compulsory to give the NEET exam to pursue BPT.
Even in states where it is compulsory, 60-70 marks are very low and you will not qualify to clear the NEET exam, hence your score will be invalid. Though the cut off score changes every year, it never exceeds below 100.
Hope it helps!

The cut off imprints and rate relies on the classification you have a place and your home state. However, the cut off mark for general classification is 685-145. However, the base qualification rules for getting affirmation in Physiotherapy is to Pass with absolute 60% imprints in 10+2 (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology). So answer is no. A Minimum total score of half or comparable at 10+2 level is obligatory for entrance into the BPT course.
