MHTCET exam is held for two groups PCM and PCB.Through your PCB group score you can take admission in B.Pharm and D.Pharm courses.NEET entrance exam score is used to take admission in MBBS,BDS,BAMS and other degree related courses of science.So if you want to pursue BAMS course then you need to clear NEET exam with good score.From your NEET score you can get government,semi government and private BAMS colleges in Maharashtra and even in other states.

No you cannot get into B.A.M.S colleges through MHT CET Score. You need to give NEET exam for admission in B.A.M.S course. Candidates wishing to appear for the state entrance exam for B.Tech /B.E admissions needs to give MHT CET exam. Candidates willing to take medicine as a career can opt for Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) after the completion of Class 12.  The admission to BAMS courses will be granted on the basis of scores obtained in NEET exam.
