To attain a BDS or BAMS seat in a government dental college, a candidate is required to score a minimum of 450 marks in NEET. A minimum of 50th percentile under general category for those who seek admissions in private dental colleges is a requirement. Secondly you haven't mentioned your category so its quite difficult to tell about the admission.
Under 15% all india quota, you need to score more than 480 marks in neet to get BDS seat.With 300 marks so you might not have a chance for getting the seat in government college so considering you a general candidate I suggest you to score more than 600 for getting government seat.

For taking admission in BDS colleges in government sector candidates has to secure 450 plus marks in NEET exam. 50th percentile marks is needed for general candidate to get private colleges in BDS courses
To Get bachelor of ayurvedic medicine and surgery course candidate has to secure at least 350 marks in NEET exam for government BAMS colleges
As you have got 300 marks in NEET exam 2021 then to get BDS courses to secure 450 marks in NEET and if you want to take admission in bachelor of ayurvedic medicine and surgery colleges have to security 350 marks in NEET exam.
