120 mark is too low for getting admission in bds. Expected cut off mark for general candidate is 137.  Minimum 350+ mark is needed for admission in dental colleges. Cut off will vary year by year but 350 is the safe score for getting admission for private bds colleges. The cutoff for private colleges will be approximately 120 (UR) or 95 (SC/ST). I made that assumption based on earlier data. So, there won't be much opportunity for admission.
