definetly i can say no for it , because BITSAT has a seperate entrance examaintion in which the student in the current 12th and 12th passed out can apply for it and its FEE will be 4500 in an around for writing the entrance exam and its going to be conducted only in the onlibne mode and there will be definetly a center for your exams in your around , it will not consider your JEE score and if you qualify the JEE or not qualified the JEE they are the least bothered they only consider that you are qualified the BITSAT entrance exam or not , this entrance test consists of syllabus which includes artamatic , reasoning , and aptitude and english skils and its quite difficult to get a seat in it too since the seats available are also very low so there will be a high competetion though out india , but iam not telling these words to descrace you i am just remainding you to how hard you have to prepare to get a seat thats it , hope you will get a seat in the BItSAT and all the best for your comming exams

Every institution/university has its own set of rules. You can only take admission in IIT or NIT with your score .                                                       There is a separate test for taking admission in BITs pilani.
