Congratulations for securing such good marks in your bsc 1st year. I woul like to tell you that For taking admission in BSC you'll have to take a fresh admission in first year. You cannot directly enroll for bsc 2nd year. Although few universities allow migration between colleges administered by the same body. For example if you are a student of delhi university, you can migrate in any other college of delhi university in bsc 2nd year.  But your college does not offer migration facility. So you'll not be able to take admission in 2nd year bsc in some other college.
