Unfortunately not. You can get yourself enrolled in any college without having NEET or National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test scores. University/institute needs NEET score for admission. Admission to Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry requires a proper NEET score.

However, in colleges of Tamil Nadu, you can get admission to the course based on the marks scored in the 12th class. NEET seems to be an important examination that allows candidates to get admission into their dream courses and colleges.
