According to the cutoff list of 2018, the following range of marks varies for the different reserved/unreserved categories - 

General - 685-468

Locomotor Disability Candidates (General) - 466-214

SC and ST - 468 -352

OBC - 468-465

Locomotor Disability Candidates (SC/ST/OBC) - 209-130

So, assuming that the cutoff structure will be more or less the same year, you have a slight chance of getting admitted in CMC Vellore.
