No.... for state government colleges state level engineering entrance exam is conducted and admission is given according to the rank secured in that exam.....not via jee mains or jee adanced....i hope you got it!

Though you are asking for government colleges which accepts jee mains & advance ranks,there has just only few. NIT patna & bits patna takes jee mains rank, but bits patna is private. & IIT patna takes jee advance rank. Otherwise none are acceptes jee mains rank & advance ka rank toh, only for IIT'S...

Matlab agar mera jee advanced me achha rank aata he to kya mujhe IIT Ke le form bharna hoga ki vo khud bulayenge???

Definitely form bharna parega. Use counselling kehtein hein. First you secure 75% in your pcm,, Varna aapka agar Accha rank aa v jayein, tabbhi you can't take part in JOSAA counselling...
If you want iit patna, then you must rank under 8500 in jee advance to get any branch there..
