Hello Ritik,

Yes, you can get admission in HBTU, Kanpur through UPSEE. You don't just have to just clear UPSEE you need to score a good rank in UPSEE. The cutoff for HBTU is very high so you need to have a rank under 500 in UPSEE to score a seat in B .Tech in general category.
