Abhinav, we do not have Himachal Pradeshs's 2019 State Quota cut offs. But in 2019, under All India Quota, 523 marks secured a seat in IGMC, Shimla under ST Category. But we have 2017 State Quota and according to that, 430 marks secured a seat in Tanda Medical College and 450 marks secured a seat in IGMC, Shimla under ST Category. Though it is 2017 data and cutoffs change every year, in 2017 itself, the cut offs were at 450. So 450 might not get you a seat in either of the Colleges even in 2nd Counselling. So you might have to score atleast 475-500. Now this is because cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. The MHRD has come up with a new schedule for JEE Mains, JEE Advanced and NEET 2020. JEE Main examination will be held between 1st-6th Sept, JEE advanced exam will be held on 27th Sept & NEET examination will be held on 13th Sept.
