Hello,
No IIST does not offer admission on the basis of Jee mains score only. It offers admission to B.tech course through merit list based on JEE advanced score.
The institute does not organize any entrance test of it's own.

Hello Harsh, to get admission in IIST, you have to clear JEE advance. And you have to secure good marks. Cut off marks may got chance every year. So please go through the last few year cut off and prepare yourself as per this.
