Dear Student,
Sorry to inform you but you cannot take admissions in BITS ( Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences ) on the basis of your class 12th percentage. For it you you need to appear for BITSAT. The admissions in the college are solely based on BITSAT and not on the basis of your 12th percentage. So, you cannot if you don't appear for the entrance.
