Since you have not mentioned your category, I consider you belong to general category and for general category candidates are required to score 400+ for government seat in BAMS. To predict the accurate cut off for a particular college is really difficult since cut off trends keeps on changing every year. With the marks you mentioned above it can be difficult for you to get admission in Gujarat Ayurveda University, Jamnagar. However you can still try in subsequent or mop up rounds.
