The government colleges and most colleges take admission through entrance test only and if you have missed that last date of form submitting then you don't have a lot of choices but if you are determined to study law then you can apply to colleges outside of Pune if their submission date is still going on or you can apply to some private universities through donation seats but that can be very expensive.
