University Maharani College (UMC), Jaipur was established in 1944. The college affiliated to the University of Rajasthan offers Undergraduate courses in Arts, Commerce, and Science.

This girls’ college offers 9 full-time courses. B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce), B.Com.(Honours), B.A. (Pass), B.A. (Honours), B.Sc. (Pass Course), B.Sc. (Honours), B.Sc. (Home Science), BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application), and BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) courses are offered at the Undergraduate level.

Eligibility Criteria

• For admission in B.A. (Pass) and B.A. (Honours) program, a candidate must score an aggregate of 48% and 50% marks in 10+2 or Intermediate exam, respectively.
• The candidate who has passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate is considered eligible for B.Com. (Pass) admission. In the honors course, the candidate must score a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate in 10+2 exams.
• For both B.Sc. (Pass) and (Honours) course, candidates must pass the 10+2 exam or equivalent exam with science subject and score at least 50% marks in aggregate.
• Students who have studied Agriculture as a subject shall be eligible for admission in the Biology group.
• Girl candidates who want to take admissions in B.Sc. (Home Science) must qualify 10+2 exams in any stream (arts, science or commerce) with minimum 50 %marks in aggregate.
• Admission to BBA, BCA granted on the basis of merit in the 10+2 or intermediate exams (at least 48 percent marks in aggregate) in any stream.

Selection Criteria

• The admission to the undergraduate courses is completely based on marks scored in the 10+2 or Intermediate exams.
• To accommodate students scoring a high percentage of marks, University has sanctioned two sections consisting of 60 seats under the self-financing scheme (SFS) with different fee structures in Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) courses.
