Yes, you can definitely apply for MHT-CET exam even though if you do not belong to Maharashtra state. But, remember that you will get admission in private colleges only. You won't be able to take admission in Government aided colleges in Maharashtra based on MHT-CET.

If you want to apply for Government colleges in Maharshtra, then you will have to appear for JEE mains paper 1 and get desired score in order to get in All-India quota.
