MCKV Institute of Engineering takes admission into Engineering and Technology courses on the basis of WBJEE or JEE MAINS Scores. Now, to sit for either of the exams, you need to fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria for the respective exams. The latter states that the candidate should have qualified their 12th examination. As you have failed to do so, hence you cannot sit for the exams. Therefore, you cannot get into MCKV college either.

No not at all you can't be able to take the admission in any of the engineering institute if by luckily you failed in Class 12th eventhough you clear the WBJEE or any other entrance exam as well because none of the College will give you the admission in such case so inorder to overcome this situation try to score more in the Class 12th as well good rank in the entrance exam as well such that you can be able to get the CSE in which ever College you wish for.
