Hi , I'm really sorry but NEET UG. Is the only eligibility exam in which you have to appear in order to go for MBBS,BDS,BHMS,BAMS,veterinary etc. And remember appearing and clearing exams alone does not guarantee you a seat in government college . You need to score good and be in the merit list as . So as per the question you have asked. No you cannot get into medical field without appearing in NEET UG exam .
