Dear aspirant,

As you have mentioned that you have got 29 percentile and taking into consideration that belong to sc/st category but still the dynamics changes every year depending upon certain factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs, Difficulty level of the paper.

Still your percentile is a bit less and you need to score a bit higher to get a good branch and to be on a safer side. But note this you really need to buckle up to get a better branch here because taking lower branches in these colleges won't fetch you anything.
