I would like to tell you that of course you can persue your MBBS degree from Orisaa. Well for that , there are two alternatives : 

• At the time of admission submit your parents residence certificate at the administration cell that should depicted that your parents belong to Orissa then you'll be eligible for persuing your degree from here. 
• In every College there is a fixed amount of seat secured from the students who belong to other state and you can apply for that seat .
