Let me consider you as a civilian of orissa so under home state category you can easily get into parala maharaja engineering college as the closing ranks for it are very low so you will easily get into it with your rank and with your desired branch .
And even though if you might not be from orissa and you are under other state category though you will get into the college might not with top or core branch but you will surely get into it .
