Yes, if you score well to be in top ranks among the AIR holders in NEET UG entrance exam, under UR category you can apply for Medical Colleges across India for the 15% All India Quota seats.
You can fill the preferences accordingly and then you'll be alloted Colleges as per your choice if your rank is good. So, Yes. You can get Colleges in other states too, apart from your own native state.
