Yes definitely, As your rank in JEE mains is good enough and with this rank you can definitely get admission in SGSITS,Indore and also your 12th percentage is very good. You should definitely apply for the admission there. You can apply there for the different courses for which you want to continue your further studies including CSE. And only on the basis of your percentile and required percentage for that course you will get admission there.
