Let me make things clear for you, your OBC NCL rank is just your rank among all OBC Category students and that rank has got nothing to do with your admission.

All seats are allocated based upon your CRL, the advantage that you have is you will be given relaxation in your CRL because of OBC Quota. Let's say the cutoff for General quota is 10k, so for OBC it would be around 20-25k.
