NEET is the entrance examination for admission to MBBS,BDS, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. And  to be eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 12th, passed in all subjects and secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. With 142 marks, you scored an aggregate of 47% and unfortunately you cannot appear for NEET. But because you are so close to getting 50% aggregate, you should consider appearing for Improvement exams and then appear for NEET. That is the only way to study B.V.Sc in Maharashtra. Because even Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University which offers B.V.Sc conducts admission through NEET score alone for which meeting the minimum aggregate eligibility criteria is mandatory. Unfortunately with 47% you do not meet the eligibility criteria.
