For admission to any of the courses in VIPS, the candidate needs to apply through the IPU CET.  The candidate who meet the minimum cut off will be able to take part in the counselling procedure for admission at VIPS. The BBA seat allotment will be based on IPU CET and the cut off varies according to your category and your home state(if you are a resident of Delhi or not). Assuming you are from the general category and is from Delhi you will fall under the category of GNGND(Delhi Region General) in that the cut off rank for the year 2018 was 1182.

Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that the last rank for VIPS BBA (2nd shift) went upto 2598 for Delhi General category student last year. So, it is difficult to get admission with 4480 rank. However, the other colleges which you can expect in IP University are :-
