Yes. For the first time VIT-AP University has started giving seats through APEAPCET. It is authorised by Government of Andhra Pradesh. And the fees for the courses are decided by Government of Andhra Pradesh and all reserved candidates will get full fee reimbursement. And coming to the EAPCET cut-off, as this is the first time, many students don't know about this opportunity. So the rank cut-off are not in the correct manner. I got 11000 rank and BC-A category, i got CSE seat. My suggestion is try to get a rank below 5000 for OC and below 10000 for OBC and below 15K for SC and ST category. Treatment may be not as you think in the campus. Mostly entire first year we listened in online mode only. Lectures will never show any difference between vitee or EAPCET guy. So, if you are working hard person, then join this University. You can have best learning.

Yes! trust me I am a student of VIT-AP. VIT-AP started to take people in through EAPCET. The fee is comparatively more lesser. But, the catch here is, EAPCET students won't be treated as good as VITEEE students.
The more you pay, the more you'll be respected isn't it?
The EAPCET people weren't provided hostel accommodation as equally as VITEEE. And in many cases too you get to see partiality. Hope this helps!!!

Vellore institute of technology conducts its own entrance examination called as VITEEE to offer admission in engineering programs at Vellore and other fthree sub campuses. Even the admissions to tu integrated and other uh oh mans else than engineering are done through counselling process the notification for which are released by University itself. So there is no way you can get admission in VIT Andhra Pradesh through AP EAMCET counselling.
