No, you cannot getting to MBBS through AP EAMCET examination.
This is because through AP EAMCET, only courses like Engineering, Bio-Technology, B.Tech.Dairy Technology, B.Tech. Agrl. , B.Sc.(Ag.) , Pharm-D etc are offered and not mbbs

If you want to get into the MBBS then you need to clear NEET examination, as NEET is the single and the only entrance examination to get into all the medical college be it private or government for medical courses like MBBS BDS etc.
