There are few colleges in Tamil which consider 12th marks just google it

Please suggest me which government college give me admission in an around of Delhi NCR . I have got 77.4 % in cbse 12 th board exam.

Yes you can but only in the private colleges

In India, there are many private engineering colleges which for getting admission on class 12th but only few of them are good.Most of the private engineering colleges in Bangalore, Chennai and Pune are best to study engineering courses on 12th marks.But this answer was on last year question I dont know if anything has changed so search very wisely. also look for good placement.All the best.
