See now almost all the government and private colleges take admission on the basis of neet only. So if you want to take admission in a good college QUALIFYING NEET IS MUST.

As far as i know only AIIMS and JIPMER have their own entrance exams and rest of the Medical colleges taks admission on the basis of neet only for mbbs, bds, bams, bums, bhms etc.
