i assume you are asking about jee main exam, sorry to say jee main score is only valid till the counselling time, once the counselling is over you need to go in management quota admission , now since this year jee main january session is over and  april session is coming soon, if you want to get admission through jee main exam you need to re appear in jee main exam. for more details follow the below link,
