Dear Aspirant,

You can easily get admissions in various college ; based on your 'JEE MAINS" result. You need not to appear in JEE ADVANCED as it is required to enter into Tier -I Engineering Institute college like IIT'S.

The admissions in IITs are on the basis of JEE advanced you will not get admissions in IITs on the basis of JEE main scores but you will get admissions in NITs and many other colleges on the basis of JEE main scores. Here is the list of colleges in India that accept JEE main scores for admission.
