Yes, hopefully it's possible to get admission in BPT course in some cases. Some physiotherapy colleges may have different eligibility criteria or may be more accessible for students who do not qualify in the NEET exam.

To be eligible for BPT direct admission without NEET, an applicant must have the following requirements,

• Must have completed 10+2 from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks.
• Must have Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at 10+2 level.
• Must possess a good command in English language.
• Must be 17 years or older at the time of admission.

As you didn't mentioned about a particular college name, this is the general eligibility criteria for candidates who didn't qualified in NEET exam or didn't appeared in NEET exam.
