Hello!

You might have know that this year two students have scores 720/720 marks for the first time ever. So, this signifies the NEET cutoff for government colleges is not going to decrease in the coming years at all. This year only the cutoffs have increased by 17-18 marks as compared to 2019. So, in 2021 dont expect the cutoff to be any less. For the general category, you have to score 570+ in order to expect a good college through All India 15% quota(610+ for the AIIMS all around India). For state government colleges ,the NEET cutoff will range from 550-590 for general category students.
