Yes ,Because i am a son of farmer i need a licence of agriculture i am a poor my father accident he has a brain tumer patient i accepted you please need a licence

Hello.
No, you cannot have agriculture licence from BSc agriculture open University as it is a University so you can have the agriculture certificate from there which is entirely different from agricultural licence, agriculture certificate cognate with your undergraduate professionals while agriculture licence allow you to run farming vehicle you can apply for the agriculture licence on the below link of Indian government:
