No. You won't get AIIMS AIR 1 at this score. For getting AIR 1, a student has to score almost full or a mark less in the AIIMS entrance examination. AIRs have a percentile of around 99.8 or 99.9+. So no, you won't get AIIMS AIR 1 at 170-180 marks in the entrance examination.
