Last year, that is in 2018, the cut off NEET score for medical seat in Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, AMU , Aligarh was 562 for General Instituitional quota was 533 and Paid/Management quota was 562. So there are high chances of you getting a seat in it based on the previous year records.

First of all 598/720 is a great score. Well I believe you are talking about Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, AMU, Aligarh. And according to last year's all India counselling the cut off for AMU went about 562-570  That means you have to score a minimum of 570 to be on a safe side. So I think you have decent chances of admission in AMU.
