Based on 12th percentile there is very little chance of getting admission in college. 

Yes, some private colleges can give you this opportunity, but I will suggest that you do not take admission in such colleges because there is no meaning to pursue your graduation from there because at last you will only get your degree and nothing else.

There is no such college who is offering B.tech admissions on the basis of 12th scores. There are some entrance exams like AIEEE and JEE and their score decides the admission eligibility.

No Hanisha there is less chance to get admission on the 12th Board exam if you get the admission. I guess the admission seat you alotted is awaited.

SASTRA is taking admission on the basis of 12th class mark but you have to attempt sasta entrance exam then there is cutoff i e,.95%of marks if both are entrance exam and 12th marks are upto mark then direct admission.

If not you have to go for management seats available in almost all  colleges are taking admission on the basis 12th class marks without minimum marks also.

There is very less chance of securing seats in engineering college for pursuing Btech degree courses without any entrance examination.Nowdays every engineering college demand entrance examination score for admission.To get seats in government engineering college you must have score card of their entrance examination.Also same for private engineering college.Some private engineering college take examination for formalities.You must have to sit in entrance examination for taking admission in engineering college.
