According to the given percentile your All India Rank would be around 1,82,500. This rank is calculated using given formula

(100 - your percentile) *869010/100

On the basis of above rank all NITs and IIITs are off limit. If you want to secure your seat in any of the NIT than you should secure your rank under 20000. You can also try fir some private colleges like BITS, VIT, SRM University and so on.
