It seems that you mean DoB not dog or anything else. If anything else then kindly correct me in the comment section below.

See if you mention wrong DoB then during counselling it will create problem for you because document verification is conducted before admission and for determining age criteria the authorities want accurate DoB as per the government issued ID card or Birth Certificate or High school certificate. Wrong DoB even on PwD certificate might create some problem for you instead of giving any advantage because wrong details might give you temporary advantage but if you caught misleading the authorities then you may ruin your full career so never try to do that.
