Hey Parth,

First Of All, every NEET or Medical aspirant has a dream of getting in AIIMS. So With the number of applications Applied in NEET you could imagine the competition for Getting into Prestigious Medical Colleges. So at this rank getting into AIIMS in Not possible as the competition is really tough. Still there are many better option available other then aiims you can look upon.
