Yes you may have chances to get into eamcet colleges through b category.
But this is also not an easy task to get top colleges like NITs.
Let me explain,there are many students who are very talented and scored great marks infact more than 98 percentile who do not want to leave their home.so they have only one chance that is, applying for local colleges through b category.
And one more reason is  b category seats are very limited and you also need to pay some fee for each college for admission which would be around 2000 rupees.
So,your money will be wasted if you go for 5 colleges then it would cost around 10k rupees.
I would like to suggest that,if you really want a college in your locality better to write TS EAMCET, you can easily get through it.
