Analysing the previous year data, unfortunately, you don't have any chances of getting into any NITs with 35k category rank. You should score atleast 95 percentile to get into any NITs or IIITs. Don't worry, you can still get many private colleges with this percentile.

Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
